They are a bit more in depth than Soup-to-nuts and have a few more tricky things to deal with. Narbik gives you a strategy on the final day... I am going through Narbik's soup-to-nuts and finishing up OSPF today. I am so behind schedule but hopefuly I can put in few extra hours a night to get this done.
