Welcome to my page and being the first to post here :)  CCNA is obviously the first place to start in the world of Cisco.  Best thing you can do for CCNA is remember the OSI model and what happens in each layer, because everything comes from there.

Remember:
Australia Post Sucks They Never Deliver Packages...

If you can remember what every layer does, what protocol resides in each layer and how to diagnose problems in each layer (ie physical layer vs mac/ethernet problems vs routing vs http for example) then you are well on your way too CCNA.
